May RRLug Meeting Minutes: 05/12/16

The May RRLug meeting had a great attendance.  We met at the usual time of  6:00 pm in the Rasmussen College Boardroom and had the following presentation:

• Proxmox VE – Dan Oglesby brought in a virtualization host and gave a very informative presentation on the newest version of Proxmox VE. If you were on the fence about solutions like VMWare’s ESXi before, you definitely walked away with an understanding about a free and effective alternative. As usual, Dan gave us lots to think and talk about! Thanks Dan!
• Linux News –  We discussed a little bit of the big news in the free/open source software world.

The meeting was very information and a lot of fun!
